Kicking Drills  & Video Demonstrations

Featuring video demonstrations by Rise Up Rugby co-founder Kodie Hawkins, this program guides you through each kicking drill with expert instruction and clarity.

Tests

The program incorporates measurable tests focusing on goal kicking, kicking out of hand, and drop kicking. Upon completion of the 6-week program, participants will undergo the same tests to monitor and track their progress.

Three sessions per week

The program entails three kicking sessions per week, covering various types of kicks including goal kicking, grubbers, drop kicks, punt kicks, and spiral kicks.
